A relative of mine was taken by a piece of art, Oars and Buoys by Zhen-Huan Lu, found in a magazine, and she asked me to copy it. Because I gifted this piece to this relative, and I made no money off of it, I am displaying it here on my commissions page. This was completed fairly early on in my art career, and I learned many skills from copying this master painting. While I would not be able to accept a commission for copying another artist's photo, I include a link to this piece so that you can see how I paid attention to the details important to making this painting feel like it is an original.
